ray C. dinovi, Jr.
Raymond C Dinovi, Jr. received his B.A. from Kean College and Masters Degree from Rutgers University, both located in his home state, New Jersey. The Monroe Township Board of Education in Williamstown, New Jersey, has enabled him to pursue his dream of educating children for the past 34 years. During his time at Monroe, Ray has been a teacher, assistant principal and currently serves as the Principal of Radix Elementary School. Ray attributes his success to an excellent professional staff, supportive parents, great children, and the implementation of Community of Caring as the school's character education program. During the past four years he has given presentations on Character Education at various seminars held both statewide and nationally. Ray also serves as a member of the New Jersey Department of Education's Character Education Advisory Committee.
